The Real Estate Pre-Licensing series is comprised of three, thirty-hour courses that together fulfill the education requirements necessary to apply to take the New Mexico Real Estate Broker’s Examination. Each course is ten (10) weeks long. If taking the series, all three courses are taken simultaneously. All courses must have been completed within the three years prior to application to take the exam, which is available through the New Mexico Real Estate Commission. We do not offer the exam.

Registered students will receive more information on accessing the classes when they are scheduled to begin. Online classes can be accessed at any time during the course. Classes are self-paced, meaning that there are no required scheduled meetings, but exams and/or assignments will be released and due on specified dates. Participants taking the full series should plan to dedicate at least 10 hours each week to the courses. 

*All classes require a computer with internet access and Microsoft Word with Adobe Viewer. All textbooks are included. They will be available in a digital format and will be yours to keep forever.

**The Real Estate Pre-Licensing Series and Courses follow the CNM Ingenuity refund policy that states in order to receive a refund, you must withdraw, in writing, at least two (2) business days prior to the first day of the series or course.
