Brennan Posen was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and graduated from Cibola High School. He has been in the Real Estate industry since 2016 and has been a licensed instructor since 2022. He started out in residential resale and then switched specialty areas. He is now a Business Broker and Commercial Realtor, helping local business owners realize their dreams of retirement, investment, expansions, acquisitions, and more. He enjoys giving back to the community, which is why he became a pre-licensing instructor. He’s now helped hundreds of students become active Brokers.

My philosophy is simple, “Making Dreams Reality” is not just a mission statement, it has become my passion. With over 17 years as a Qualifying Broker and 10 years as a Real Estate Education Instructor, I have come to realize that assisting others in becoming the best version of themselves is the most gratifying experience one can achieve. Combining my years in real estate with twelve years as a Mortgage Broker, has given me a wealth of knowledge to share with my colleagues and students. It is my hope that when you attend one of my classes, a consultation session or coaching program, you will come out the other side with greater knowledge and skills that make a positive impact on your success.
