Bio

Brennan Posen was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and graduated from Cibola High School. He has been in the Real Estate industry since 2016 and has been a licensed instructor since 2022. He started out in residential resale and then switched specialty areas. He is now a Business Broker and Commercial Realtor, helping local business owners realize their dreams of retirement, investment, expansions, acquisitions, and more. He enjoys giving back to the community, which is why he became a pre-licensing instructor. He’s now helped hundreds of students become active Brokers.

Bio

Julie Fouser was born in Michigan and spent her early childhood in Northern California before moving to New Mexico in 1986.  She is married to her best friend, Corey, and they share a blended family with 3 adult children and a cozy home with 3 purebred mutts.

Julie has been a licensed real estate broker since 1999 and has had success in building long lasting relationships with her clients.  In recent years, she has also had the privilege of serving as one of only a handful of Real Estate Pre-Licensure Instructors with the New Mexico Real Estate Commission, helping  and mentoring people looking to start a rewarding career in real estate.

Bio

Cassandra Morrison is a respected leader, instructor, and real estate professional known for her clarity, integrity, and calm command in high-stakes environments. She serves as the Designated Broker for Real Broker LLC in New Mexico, where she leads more than 225 professionals statewide with a focus on ethical practice, compliance, safety, and professional excellence.

Before real estate, Cassandra dedicated more than 20 years to the Albuquerque Police Department, retiring as a Sergeant after serving in crisis negotiations, crisis intervention, field training, and instruction. That experience shaped her leadership philosophy: stay calm under pressure, make decisions grounded in ethics, and prepare people to perform with confidence when it matters most.

Since entering real estate in 2010, Cassandra has become a trusted voice in negotiation, professional standards, risk management, and broker education. As a speaker and instructor, she blends real-world law enforcement leadership with practical real estate experience to teach professionals how to lead with preparation, communicate with intention, and protect themselves, their clients, and their businesses.

Her message is simple and powerful: true leadership is not about titles—it is about preparation, integrity, and the courage to lead when it matters most.
