We offer a three-part course series designed to assist you in meeting the educational prerequisites necessary to sit for the New Mexico state licensure exam. Our program is approved by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission and is taught by industry insiders with experience across many facets of the field, including both residential and commercial transactions.
At CNM Ingenuity, we understand the significance of flexible learning experiences. That’s why the Real Estate Pre-Licensing program is available exclusively online. Class dates are fixed, but you are free to move through the material at a pace that suits your needs. You can choose to take the entire three-part series simultaneously or take one class at a time.
