The CNM Ingenuity Exam Prep Course is designed to better prepare students to take the New Mexico and National Real Estate Exams. This class provides a focused review of key concepts, commonly tested topics, and practical test-taking strategies with the goal of achieving exam readiness.
This 4-day course offers 24 hours of hands-on, instructor-led guidance across four sessions. It is designed to strengthen understanding of real estate principles, New Mexico license law, contracts, agency, finance, math, disclosures, and other exam-related subject areas.
This course is intended for Real Estate students who have completed ~ and passed ~ the required 90-hour Real Estate Pre-Licensing Series within the past 3 years, as well as those seeking additional review, structure, and confidence before taking the PSI licensing exam.
Unlike the Pre-Licensing Series, this course is not required by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission in order to sit for the PSI exam.
However, our Exam Prep is highly recommended for students who want additional support in successfully completing both the New Mexico and National real estate licensing exams.
