Real Estate Principles & Practice covers the real estate market, real property ownership and interest, deeds and descriptions, property transfer, contracts, finance, and appraising.
Classes are asynchronous, meaning there no scheduled meeting times. Assignments and quizzes are released and due on a weekly basis. Participants should plan to dedicate at least three hours each week to the course.
For individuals taking classes separately, we recommend starting with Real Estate Law, then taking Principles and Practice second.
